President Donald Trump recently described the criminal mental illness at work within elements of the American media.

During a recent interview with Jesse Watters on FOX News, President Trump commented on the recent acquisition and publication of his private tax returns by the weirdoes at MSNBC.

“They’re bad people – there’s something wrong with them,” Trump said.

Trump was referring to news media figures such as Rachael Maddow, who published his 2005 tax returns, and appeared to be physically vibrating with excitement that she was able to use a national television platform to do something that was bad and wrong.  

But this freakish activity by cult-like weirdoes that appear to get a thrill up their leg when engaging in deception is quite common.

Trump’s characterization, describes exactly, what is occurring at Forum Communications and within an organized criminal cartel operating in North Dakota and Minnesota.

“They just don’t respect the law and we have to change that,” Trump said.

In 2016, Write Into Action discovered the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is engaging in systemic corruption and criminal collusion with many North Dakota States Attorney’s offices to cover up true facts surrounding police shootings and other serious crimes.

Most of the efforts appear to conceal an international drug trafficking operation that involves bad actors within local and state police, along with the United States Border Patrol and the Grand Forks Air Force Base.

The Office of North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (BCI) regularly colludes with State Prosecutors to utilize Forum Communications to fool the public regarding investigations.

Write Into Action’s most recent discovery of Forum Communications conspiring against the public involves the tragic death of Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer.

Moszer was shot in the line of duty in February, 2016.

Forum Communications reported, categorically, that Officer Moszer was shot and killed by Marcus Schumacher.

Schumacher was subsequently encouraged, during negotiations, to kill himself. He was then shot by a SWAT sniper.  

Acting upon tips from the public, Write Into Action initiated an independent journalistic investigation into the Schumacher/Moszer shooting case. 

Sure enough…

There are no BCI reports or ballistic tests that support what Forum Communications reported to the public.
 
However…

Evidence does clearly show Moszer was accidently shot and killed by friendly fire from a fellow officer in a dark alley in what appears to be a tragic case of mistaken identity (Write Into Action is presently preparing that for future publication).

Cass County States Attorney Birch Burdick colluded with WDAY-TV (Forum Communications) during a sit down interview to use ‘fake news’ to fool the public about what happened and falsely accuse Marcus Schumacher of shooting Officer Moszer.

The regular practice of the ‘fake news’ deception by Forum Communications is a polished one.

THE SCHEME EXPLAINED

North Dakota States Attorneys and/or Forum Communications news presenters will refer to the ‘BCI investigation’ when explaining the basis for an official decision.

It’s a trick.

According to the BCI, their agency only processes the crime scene and conducts interviews. The BCI maintains it does not submit an opinion, make recommendations, or influence the decision-making process of the State Prosecutor in any way (beyond turning over its reports).

Essentially – the State Prosecutor and Forum Communications trick the public into believing the BCI made a recommendation and its simply being followed.

It’s a trick.

Write Into Action has discovered States Attorney’s across the state of North Dakota have been regularly using this trick to fool the public.

For example…

This illusion was used by Pembina County States Attorney Ryan Bialas when Pembina County Deputy Brad Bowman shot Clifford Edward Monteith III on a rural highway late at night.

In this case, an eye witness, Sara Letexier, told police she pulled up onto the scene and witnessed Monteith lying on the highway, which did not match the official story that cleared the officer in the shooting.

Bialas told Write Into Action that the BCI were the investigators. He then claimed the BCI told him Letexier was mistaken in his observation.

The BCI reports make no such statement, whatsoever.

However – the BCI never steps forward to correct the false impressions being created by the States Prosecutors in these cover ups. 

DECEPTION EXAMPLE / OFFICER MOSZER SHOOTING

Forum Communications used news reporters and presenters to make the most defamatory of the statements (e.g. - a WDAY presenter unequivocally stated Marcus Schumacher shot Officer Moszer) to be made about the case.

Then…

WDAY Producers cleverly sprinkled quotes from States Attorney Birch Burdick into the fake news segment. The Burdick quotes complimented the lies told by the WDAY presenter (without requiring Burdick, himself, to lie outright on TV) thus creating the illusion, in the subconscious mind of the viewer, that the WDAY presenter’s comments were based upon official statements from Burdick.

But they weren’t – it was a mind trick.

MORE PROOF OF COLLUSION

Write Into Action obtained evidence of blatant fake news deception by Forum Communications regarding their news coverage of a police shooting in Grand Fork, North Dakota.

In February, 2015, a University of North Dakota campus police officer emptied his entire clip into an unarmed man, David James Elliott, who was trying to reach the safety of the Altru Hospital Emergency Room without getting shot.

Write Into Action began ordering police cam videos of the shooting, which appeared to activate collusion behind the scenes between WDAZ-TV (Forum Communications) and the Grand Forks Police Department.

Before Write Into Action was able to obtain the videos, WDAZ announced they would be publishing videos from the night of the David Elliott shooting.

WDAZ producers and GFPD Police Chief Mark Nelson conspired to conceal the time-stamps of the police body-cams. Producers strategically covered the time-stamp with Staci Van Dyke’s shoulder. In a second clip, they placed the WDAZ logo over the time-stamp.

Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones completely cleared Jerad Braaten, the officer that shot David Elliott, despite the fact Braaten got rid of his dash-cam and tried to hide his body-cam under his squad car (Write Into Action has obatined a video of the shooting which will be released in the future).

No evidence even remotely supports Jones' conclusion published in a bizarre undated letter.

In 2016, George Lyons, was arrested in Polk County, Minnesota for first degree sexual assault upon a young minor girl. Lyon's then announced on his Facebook page that he was engaged to be married to an Assistant State Prosecutor at the Grand Forks County States Attorney's office; his entire case file then dissapeared from the Minnesota's register of actions.

The collective behavior pattern of Forum Communications and North Dakota public officials is destructive to the health of our society, and only serves to create a sick culture that is friendly and conducive to organized crime and violent pedophiles.

Normal people that want to raise their children in a safe community understand the difference between right and wrong.
